If your machine requires repair or service work and the product is outside of the warranty period, following is a list of Service Agents that are experienced in dealing with our product range that you can contact directly. Alternatively you can return the machine to us for service.
International customers, please contact our worldwide agents for any service and repair requests.
Any repair work required within the product warranty period must always be lodged through Roband Australia’s warranty department and not directly with a service agent.
